FOUR PILLARS 2024 BLOODY SHIRAZ GIN AT ANTARA - A MONTH LONG OF EVENTS

We're over the moon to be welcoming Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin's ninth vintage to Antara - this one with a very special connection to our group.

Each year, Four Pillars releases a limited-edition Bloody Shiraz Gin bottle, with the 2024 edition featuring an etched design from our Group Bar Manager and printmaker, Kris Leombruni.

This limited-edition bottle can usually only be purchased at the Gin Shops at Four Pillars Healesville Distillery or the Four Pillars Surry Hills Laboratory (or online), so we're thrilled to be Melbourne's city retail hub for the bottle.

Here's what else is happening at Antara for the month, starting from 15 June.

BLOODY SHIRAZ GIN WINDOW

Being the city hub for the release, our windows will be splashed with a full-length design of the limited-edition Bloody Shiraz Gin label - strategically cut-out, and perfect for some very Instagrammable shots.

BLOODY HOUR - 4PM - 6PM, TUE - SAT

While at the window between 4pm - 6pm, why not try one of the Bloody Shiraz Gin cocktails? We'll have a menu going, with $10 Bloody G&Ts and cocktails for $16.

BLOODY SHIRAZ GIN LIMITED-EDITION BOTTLES

Liked it? Get a Bloody Shiraz Gin limited-edition bottle ($84) from the pop-up shop. No cocktail trickery is required for this one. Four Pillars recommends serving it as a G&T, with a big squeeze of lemon, and a lemon slice garnish.

BLOODY LONG LUNCH - SAT 13 JULY

We'd prefer not to say farewell, but all good things must come to an end, and we're throwing a celebration for it all. Join us on 13 July for our Bloody Long Lunch. Fun, relaxed and share-style.

FULL MENU AND RESERVATIONS

You've read all about it, but what is it about? Bloody Shiraz Gin is made simply with Rare Dry Gin and macerated, cool-climate Victorian grape juice, giving it that incredible rich colour and flavour. On the palette, it's a dance of citrus, raspberry notes and spice characters (to finish) - a true alchemy of all the great things about gin and Shiraz.

This year's fruit is from the Yarra Valley and Faraday, and taking the word of Head Distiller Cameron Mackenzie, this vintage is a "bloody good one - the best since 1992"!
