In the return of our partnership with the Melbourne International Jazz Festival (MIJF), we are thrilled to present a dinner package to GRAMMY-winning bassist-composer Linda May Han Oh, featuring trailblazing vocalist and media artist Pamela Z.
In this package, your night begins with dinner at Antara, paired with a live performance by the Jon Hunt Trio. You'll then make your way to the Melbourne Recital Centre for a premium ticket to Oh’s performance.
One of the most innovative bassists in New York’s jazz scene, Oh has recorded and performed with many prolific jazz artists over the years including Pat Metheny, Kenny Barron and Terri Lynne Carrington. Her pioneering artistry has earned her numerous accolades, including the 2023 Herb Alpert Award.
Alongside the multi-award-winning Pamela Z, acclaimed illustrator Keith Henry Brown (USA) and leading Australian jazz artists Andrea Keller, Mat Jodrell, Steve Magnusson and Ben Vanderwal, this world premiere performance – an electrifying fusion of music, visuals and storytelling – is one not to be missed.
