Antara partners with third-generation potato purveyors, the Spud Sisters (Kerri Farrell & Catherine Ramage), for a one-night-only dining experience dedicated to this beloved staple.
Head Chef Juan has crafted a farmhouse feast that transforms unique and gourmet potato varieties — like the striking Blue Moon and Charcoal Midnight, alongside golden classics Fontane and Maya Gold — into elevated dishes and artful cocktails. From ceviche to confit, wood-fired to flame-blackened, each course showcases the dense & creamy, rich & fluffy textures that make humble potatoes so irresistible.
Sourced from Victoria’s Central and Southern Highlands, these spuds are spun into timeless flavours, crowned with an all-potato dessert to surprise and delight. A true celebration for all you potato devotees.
