On Friday 22 August, we invite you to meet Simone, our Italian chef. Hometown: Trentino, near the Italian Alps. Last at ARU, he's now at Antara, throwing an Italian wine dinner filled with memories of his family and his experiences here in Australia.
Warm and familial, this is a modern take on dishes Simone grew up with, paired with Italian wines from Lombardy to Abruzzo and finishing with a warming botanical liquor from the Italian Alps' foothills.
